Pasta Making Tips：

1.Turn Mixer Speed Setting to 2 or 3 when using Roller attachment while 3-5 Speed for Cutters for better performance.

2.If the dough is still sticky before rolling, knead in one table spoon of flour at a time until the stickiness disappears and add flour in the rolling shaft inside.

3.When use the pasta roller, flatten the dough first to make it smoother to use.
