4.While the probe is charging, bluetooth cannot be connected. It’s not your meat thermometer is broke! Please use it after charging!

5.Do not use this probe in a microwave oven because the microwave may damage internal components!

6.‘Aicooking’ app on your smartphone & tablet available for iOS (10.3 and later)/ Android (5.0 and later, GPS-enabled) smartphones and tablets, and the language of the app comes by default following the system language. If you accidently change the language by error, please go to setting and change the language back.

7.When the smart meat thermometer base try to connect to the mobile phone and the app, please turn on the positioning and Bluetooth to connect, otherwise it will not connect

8.Why my smart meat thermometer only one probe works?

There are two circumstances.

First, when the user opens the APP for the first time/exits the APP after the last use, if the temperature of the first probe changes but the temperature of the second probe does not change, only one probe will be displayed on the APP; another one: the last use If the temperature of probe 1 has changed but the temperature of probe 2 has not changed during the second use without exiting the APP, the APP will also display 2 probes.

9.Why the temperature showed not that accurate?

Our wireless meat thermometer bbq needs 90 seconds to respond to measure the accurate temperature, please wait patiently and do not move the probe.

10.Why my smart meat thermometer can only use within 10ft instead of 262ft?

The distance of the probe is influenced by the grilling equipment, because some equipment has signal shielding function, such as weber or green eggs. In the place where there is no occlusion, our meat thermometer’s use distance can reach 262ft. But inside oven or something, it can only reach to 10ft.

Q1: Can’t find the probe on the Bluetooth list?

A: 1) Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on the Phone and both Bluetooth and GPS are enabled on the Android phone.

2) Ensure that the charging base is within 3 meters of the probe.

Q2: Can the black part of the probe be roasted with fire?

A: No, fire will melt the black part of the probe.

Q3: Do l still need to reset the menu when the Bluetooth signal has lost its connection on?

A: No, APP will update the data automatically, as long as you receive the drop alert a nd connect to APP in time.

Q4: I put the smart meat thermometer in the wood base but it won’t charge, is it because it broke?

A:it’s not that the thermometers will not charge, it’s the wood base is already out of battery. it’s likely that you did not turn off the base after the last use, and the power of the base is low, which can only be used for 20 minutes. you need to charge the wood base first and then charge the thermometer. We can charge the thermometer while charging the base, but the needle can only be charged after the base is turned off.
