Temperature Records

TEMOLA TM26 grill BBQ thermometer has a special function that records the maximum and minimum temperature during the whole process (from the very beginning when it turns on).

Just by the single HOLD/MAX/MIN button, you will get three different temperature readings, measured, highest/max, lowest/min temperature. This helps to tell the temperatures from different parts of the cooking meat.

3 Ways for Storage
