Roasted Asparagus with a French Twist

( Prep: 5 Minutes, Cook: 12 Minutes )

Ingredients

1 bunch Fresh Asparagus2 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 Tablespoon Herbes de Provence Spice Blend

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees FClean and trim the asparagus. Bend each stalk until it breaks to remove the tougher end of each stalk.Place the asparagus on a cooking sheet with a lip and drizzle with the olive oil.Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon Herbes de Provence on the asparagus & toss to coat the asparagusRoast for about 12 minutes until tender and lightly browned.

BONUS: Air Fryer Method

Complete steps 2 through 4 above.Place in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes.
