Ingredients

1 Chopped Onion2 Tablespoons Butter1/2 pound Sliced Mushrooms1 28 ounce Can Crushed Tomatoes2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste1/2 Cup Dry White Wine or Chicken Stock1 Tablespoons Pasta Herb Spice Blend

Saute chopped onion in butter until lightly browned.Add sliced mushrooms and Pasta Herb Spice Blend.Stir until mushrooms are soft.Add crushed tomatoes & wine or chicken stock.Simmer until thickened.Serve over hot pasta.
