1 pound lean Ground Beef4 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce2 Tablespoons Pepper Steak Spice BlendOptional: 1/4 finely diced Onion

Combine Ground Beef, BBQ Sauce, Onion and 1 Tablespoon Pepper Steak Spice Blend in a bowl.Shape into 3 or 4 pattiesSprinkle 1 Tablespoon Pepper Steak Spice Blend on top of patties.Pan fry or grill to your desired doneness.Top with BBQ Sauce & serve in a toasted bun.
