About Us
Country Trading Co. is a small family business, and we know one end of a kitchen from the other. We make everything from scratch and back in 2012, we started developing a wooden gnocchi board that worked well. One that had nice sharp deep grooves to roll the gnocchi off.
Once you start making homemade pasta you don’t stop at gnocchi. Pretty soon we were making other handmade pasta tools, including our ravioli making kit and this authentic Italian wooden pasta rolling pin.
We make pasta from scratch starting with the dough so we also have a stainless steel hand cranked pasta roller which includes a longer pasta recipe book with all our favorite pasta dough recipes in it.
